The Continuum is split into two separate freehold sites, North Continuum and South Continuum which are connected via a bridge over Thiam Siew Avenue. The development is bordered by Tanjong Katong Road on the left and Haig Road on the right. The bridge is the only link between the two sites as they are not connected via the basement carpark as well.

The Continuum has 48 stacks across six residential blocks; the stacks are split evenly between North and South Continuum.

That being said, outward north-facing stacks are set back over 20m from neighboring condos, and outward south-facing stacks are set back over 30m, providing some distance from surrounding buildings.
