The development is bordered by Tanjong Katong Road on the left and Haig Road on the right. The bridge is the only link between the two sites as they are not connected via the basement carpark as well.

The Continuum has 48 stacks across six residential blocks; the stacks are split evenly between North and South Continuum.

Additionally, neighboring sites share a similar gross plot ratio of 2.8, which means that building heights will be comparable. Partially unblocked views can be achieved

That being said, outward north-facing stacks are set back over 20m from neighboring condos, and outward south-facing stacks are set back over 30m, providing some distance from surrounding buildings. The inward stacks facing Thiam Siew Avenue are also set back around 40 to 50m from neighboring buildings, offering a considerable amount of space.
